My Reiki sessions are a deeply intuitive experience designed to restore balance, create clarity, & reconnect you with your own inner wisdom. Each session is guided by the subtle energy of the body & incorporate tools such as tarot, incense, herbs, pendulums, & crystals to support reflection & intention. In my personal practice, I spend time journaling & tuning into each of your chakras, exploring the emotions, patterns, & energetic blocks that arise to create a deeper understanding of what may be asking for attention. At the end of the table session, we sit down together over tea & discuss what I picked up on.

These sessions are more than an energetic reset, they are a space for self-exploration, awareness, & transformation. By acknowledging & tending to the deeper roots beneath our experiences, we create the opportunity to move through present-day triggers with more peace, balance, & compassion for ourselves.

This session offers a deeply restorative introduction to my Reiki practice, with time dedicated to balancing your energy, exploring each chakra, & uncovering the patterns, emotions, & energetic themes that arise throughout our time together. During this session, I record my intuitive impressions & reflections, creating personalized notes for you to revisit long after your session ends.

Because our time is primarily devoted to the healing experience itself, a 60-minute session typically allows for a brief overview of the insights that emerged rather than an in-depth discussion. You'll leave with your personalized notes to reflect on at your own pace, offering a meaningful starting point for continued self-exploration & integration.

This 90min session offers the space to fully settle into the experience, allowing both the energetic work & the reflection that follows to unfold at an unhurried pace. As I move through each chakra, I document the intuitive messages, patterns, emotions, & energetic imbalances that arise, creating a personalized map of what is asking to be seen & acknowledged.

Following your session, we'll share a cup of tea as we sit together & explore your notes, chakra by chakra. This dedicated time allows us to dive deeper into the themes that emerged, connect them to what's happening in your life, & gently uncover the roots behind recurring emotions, patterns, or present-day triggers. You'll leave with your written notes, greater clarity, & practical insights to continue your journey long after the session has ended.

This signature experience brings together Reiki & traditional Thai Massage to create a deeply holistic journey of restoration.

We begin with a full Reiki session, where I move through each chakra, documenting the energetic patterns, emotions, & messages that arise while creating personalized notes throughout the process. Rather than ending there, we allow those insights to guide the next phase of the experience.

Using the intuitive information gathered during your Reiki session, I transition into a personalized Thai Massage, focusing on the areas where energy feels stagnant or held within the body. Through rhythmic compression, assisted stretching, & work along the body's energy lines, the massage encourages those energetic blocks to soften & move, creating a deeper sense of balance between body & mind.

We conclude our time together over a warm cup of tea, where we'll explore your notes chakra by chakra, reflect on the themes that emerged, & discuss how they may be connected to your life, leaving you with both a renewed body & a deeper understanding of yourself.
